Wedding Supplier Search (£35.00 for one or £60 for two)
You have the church and reception venue booked but where to start with finding a florist who can create your vision, a photographer who can make you feel at ease and a cake which makes everyone say ‘wow’.
This is a fantastic service if you require some assistance in short listing products or suppliers, particularly if you have a specific requirement which you are finding difficult to locate for your special day. We have contacts not only here in the North East, but who operate nationally meaning more variety and opportunity to ensure you source everything you want.
Following our initial consultation, a thorough search will then be conducted in order to find the most suitable agent or company in keeping with both your budget and vision, allowing you to then make the final decision.
All information and literature gathered will be passed over to you the client, and should you require meetings, these can be arranged on your behalf. In addition to this service, we can also accompany you to meetings in order to offer impartial advice and lead the way in negotiations ensuring you get a fair price.
Accompanied visits are priced on quotation.
Venue search (From £99.00)
One of the largest parts of your wedding budget is often your venue; therefore it is imperative that you are happy and confident with your choice.
With so many options and so many beautiful venues, visiting them all can not only be time consuming, but also stressful if you continue to stumble across venues which fail to live up to your expectation and dream for the day.
During a consultation, we will specifically focus on your theme, criteria for the day and budget therefore allowing the search to begin in finding your venue! Once all information is gathered, a short list of three venues, including their point of contact, will be passed over to you allowing you to then visit them at your leisure.
In addition to the venue search, we also offer a follow on service called 'Advanced Suitability Search' where we visit one of your chosen venues to produce a proposal based on you individual requirements. This will outline in more depth the specifics to your wedding, date availability, and assess how suitable the venue is for your budget and overall criteria.
Advanced Suitability Searches are priced in addition to a venue search and start from £89.00.
Comfort Zone £49.00 (2 hour session)
You may only have just begun planning your wedding, or perhaps you have just months to go and suddenly, you feel like you need some professional help, advice & support. Don’t panic! We understand that every now and again brides & grooms can become overwhelmed or feel extremely stressed with planning such an important and special event.
Our Comfort Zone service is designed to offer you a chance to discuss, review and consider your plans whilst seeking professional advice. The session is informal (a nice cup of something is compulsory!) and we are happy to plan the meeting solely around your needs and wants.
(This session is particularly helpful if you require help with creating a theme & designing a mood board, assessing your budget and money saving tips, as well as guidance on what to do next .)
On the Day Co-ordination (From £349.00)
You’re almost there, all suppliers are booked, your hair and make up trial went brilliantly and the groom’s already started to prepare his speech- soon you will be saying ‘I do’.
Firstly, well done for managing all the planning, you're obviously super organised like us! We feel your wedding day is all about you playing the role of the beautiful bride, not the planner so let us step in and manage the day for you.
Drawing on operational experience of managing weddings and large events, we will contact your suppliers and venue in advance and act as their point of contact on the day. From early morning right through to evening, we will be on-site to handle any questions and concerns ensuring you have peace of mind throughout the final stages and most importantly, on the day.
For added assurance, we can also be present at your rehearsal to meet with the other key people who are part of your day, such as the registrar, bridal party and parents should you so wish.
Full Planning & Co-ordination (From £2,500)
Of all services available to you, full planning and co-ordination is the most detailed service we can offer you. As with all services, a complimentary consultation will be held to assess how far you are into planning your wedding.
As no couple or wedding are ever the same, we will create and offer you a unique package from day one where we will start to plan your budget, create an in depth timeline from start to completion highlighting all important dates and deadlines, help in creating a theme and design, assistance in sourcing your venue and suppliers, as well as ongoing contact to discuss stationary, invites, wedding etiquette and much more.
Naturally, this service will include regular contact and meetings and is fully inclusive of on the day co-ordination and management.
